1. STEP
Choose a direction + type of the transport (from airport / to airport etc.) in the first row of the order form

Be sure you choose correct location in the selects called “Where” or “From” according to your chosen direction.

Please fill in correctly all the boxes, especially "Email" and "Cell phone" including a country code which are very important for us and the driver. Do not forget to inform us in case you travel with a child, we will prepare the baby car seat (for free).

Submit the order form. After sending the order form a confirmation will appear on-

Check your email to see the final confirmation including a voucher with all necessary instructions how to meet the driver, how to pay etc.
All necessary instructions will be sent to your email as soon as you submit the order form (check spam folder as well).
PLEASE, READ THEM CAREFULLY
We check online status of your arrival flight / train / bus, no problem in case of delay but its necessary to inform us in advance if you lose connection!
Transport between Prague city centre and Prague airport takes around 30 minutes.
Departure pick up time from the city centre is recommended 2,5 hours before your flight's take off or 1 hour before your train's (or bus) departure.
Please make all changes in your booking through a modification link what you can find in the email confirmation. Please do not duplicate the orders if you make a mistake while booking.
